I don't know if this happens a lot in other places, but where I live, this happens ALL. THE. TIME. I simply cannot comprehend the mindset behind doing this voluntarily, unless someone is trying to get murdered by a flock of angry drivers, so I figure the answer must be simple ignorance. Ignorance is cured by knowledge, so PAY ATTENTION TO THIS, PEOPLE!
